About This Special Issue
This topic is devoted to the study of trade facilitation, international value chain trade, gravity model and complex networks. Trade facilitation focuses on the analysis of measurement, methodology, economic effects and their application in policy practice. For example, the contribution of trade facilitation to the dual margin of trade, compared with liberalization, the unique path of trade facilitation; value chain trade focuses on the analysis of value-added rate, the status of international division of labor and the risk transmission of production network. For example, how trade relations affect the status of international division of labor in the value chain network and trade network, how risk shocks transmit and diffuse in the production network, etc. Gravity model focuses on the theoretical innovation of the research model and its understanding of multilateral resistance. In addition, this topic also welcomes contributions on the smooth flow of regional trade and high-quality development along the Belt and Road. Complex networks focuses on the international trade networks and analyze the economic effects and the influences of trade position.
